How it works

Up and running in three steps.

1

Set up the circle

Create a space for the person you care for and add the essentials — takes a couple of minutes.

2

Invite the people helping

Family, friends, neighbours or carers. Give each person exactly the access they need — from full editing to view-only.

3

Dip in for 30 seconds

Open the app, see what matters today, log what you’ve done, step back out. Everyone stays in step.

Honest by design

Care isn’t always certain. The app respects that.

When you log a medicine or a task, you can say how sure you are — so the record stays honest and no one has to claim more certainty than they have.

What the app does

Everything the circle needs, nothing that adds pressure.

One calm view of the day

The Today timeline puts medications, tasks, appointments and mood in a single chronological view. Past, present and what’s still to come.

Medication tracking

Scheduled and as-needed medicines, logged with a timestamp and — uniquely — how sure you are. Reference data comes from the NHS BNF/SNOMED list.

Shared tasks

One-off or recurring, assigned to a person or “anyone available”. Everyone can see what’s done, what’s open and who did it.

Appointments

GP, physio, dentist and more — with prep notes, a photo of the letter, and a place to record what happened afterwards.

One team chat

A single feed for the whole circle. Reply to a message, discuss any item, @mention someone, share a photo or voice note.

Nothing slips through

The Catch-up view gathers anything that wasn’t logged, done or marked not-needed — however long ago — calmly, in one place.

The right access for each person

Granular permissions per area, enforced on the server. A neighbour who waters the plants doesn’t see medical notes unless you want them to.

Contacts & documents

GP, pharmacy, district nurse and family in one address book, plus every photo and letter auto-filed by where it came from.

Built to be usable

Large-text and high-contrast modes, proper labelling and big touch targets. Designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA from the start.

Two adult siblings looking at a phone together, organising care for a parent

Care is a team effort. The app keeps everyone in step.

No more scattered group chats or missed handovers. Everyone in the circle sees the same tasks, medications and updates — in real time, on any phone.

Your family’s information stays your family’s.

This app holds health information, so we treat it that way. No advertising, no third-party trackers, and nothing sold. You can export or delete your data at any time.
